General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jetbezz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Member") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services offered at jetbezz. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on any product offered through jetbezz, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

jetbezz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their English-language meaning. In any dispute, the English version of these Terms shall be the authoritative and controlling version. Any translation provided for convenience carries no legal weight.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by jetbezz to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on jetbezz, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet the criteria set out in these Terms. You may only hold one active account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may be closed without notice, with any associated balances subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name. You must keep this information up to date at all times. jetbezz reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any point to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided.

• Identity Verification: You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued ID (e.g., National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal.
• Address Verification: Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) may be required for accounts transacting above certain thresholds.
• Payment Verification: Confirmation that the payment method used (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account) is registered in your own name may be requested before withdrawals are approved.
• Source of Funds: For high-value accounts, jetbezz may ask you to demonstrate a lawful source of the funds deposited on the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at support@jetbezz. jetbezz cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Age Restriction

jetbezz strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any person under the age of 18 years. By registering an account or using our services, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Gambling by minors is illegal and deeply harmful; jetbezz takes its obligations in this area with the utmost seriousness.

Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder may be under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend that account pending a full age verification review. During this suspension period, no bets may be placed, no withdrawals may be processed, and no bonus funds may be used. If verification confirms that the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits will be returned minus any winnings generated during the period of use.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use internet filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services. jetbezz supports the use of parental control software and provides guidance on our Responsible Gaming page for families who need assistance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jetbezz accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and Indian Rupee (INR). Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large transactions may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits are credited to your account in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 3 business hours to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule. jetbezz does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 for mobile financial services; ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Processing time: Mobile method withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and cannot be waived.
• Pending balance: Funds must not be withdrawn while active bets are open. Winnings from those bets will be settled first and the resulting balance will be available for withdrawal.
• Verification requirement: First-time withdrawals require identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals on fully verified accounts are subject to no additional documentation requirements under normal circumstances.

jetbezz reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the platform will notify you of the hold and request any documentation necessary to complete the review. Failure to provide the requested documentation within 14 days may result in account closure.

Bonus Terms

jetbezz may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general provisions set out in this section.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following standard wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds credited to your account:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%; sports betting may contribute at a separate rate specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of credit unless the specific offer states a shorter validity window.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or spin is ৳500. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Withdrawal before wagering completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.

jetbezz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states that repeat claims are permitted. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or collusion, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.

User Obligations

As a member of jetbezz, you agree to use the platform lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously, or opening a new account following a voluntary or enforced closure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or matched betting schemes using promotional funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the jetbezz platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account, or sharing your own account credentials with any third party.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent who places bets on behalf of other individuals.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in odds. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price may be voided and the stake returned.

You further agree that you will only gamble with funds that you can afford to lose, that gambling is not your primary or secondary source of income, and that you will make use of the responsible gaming tools available on jetbezz if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. Account Closure

You may close your jetbezz account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@jetbezz. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided there are no outstanding compliance reviews or pending bet settlements.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited. Settled winnings that are awaiting a withdrawal processing window will be paid out in the normal course unless the account was closed due to a Terms violation.

jetbezz reserves the right to close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Verified or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an account maintenance review.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the closure or freezing of the account.

Limitation of Liability

jetbezz provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access and accurate operation of all platform features, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetbezz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from bets placed based on incorrect odds published as a result of a manifest technical error.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service failures, power outages, natural disasters, and third-party payment processor outages.
• Any gambling losses you incur on the platform — by definition, gambling involves the risk of financial loss and jetbezz is not liable for the outcome of any wager.

In any event where jetbezz is found liable, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
